What are chemical skin peels?
With a chemical skin peel, a chemical solution is applied to the skin which causes it to slough off and peel off. The result is a smooth, less wrinkled complexion. They are available in different strengths which peel to different epidermal depths.
What can chemical skin peels be used for?
Chemical peels are suitable for the face, neck and even the hands. They can treat sun damaged skin, acne scarred skin, wrinkled skin as well as dull skin or poor skin quality in general.
